We offer nicotine-free and low-nicotine e-liquids, as well as compatible refillable devices and accessories ("Products"). We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products are accurate at the time they are entered onto the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed based on inaccurate information.

4. Bundles and Promotions
We may offer bundled promotions from time to time, including:
- Buy 5 e-liquids and receive 10% off
- Buy 10 e-liquids and receive 15% off
- Buy 20 e-liquids and receive 20% off
Such offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our sole discretion. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store any payment information directly. Payment must be received in full at the time of order placement.
Accepted payment methods may include, but are not limited to, credit or debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, or other gateways. We reserve the right to update available payment methods at any time without notice.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
6.2 Delivery Options
- Royal Mail 48: Standard delivery, typically 2-5 working days
- Royal Mail 24: Next working day delivery (Monday to Friday, on orders placed before 2pm)
6.3 Delivery Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders over £30
- Delivery charges for orders under £30 will be calculated at checkout.
6.4 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Returns Eligibility
You have the right to return Products within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the Products are unopened and unused.
We do not offer exchanges.
7.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive Products that are faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via our website contact form.
We offer refunds on:
- Faulty e-liquids
- Faulty devices
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days of approval.
7.3 Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or damaged Products once verified.
7.4 Warranties
Please contact us regarding warranty coverage on hardware and devices. We do not offer warranties on e-liquids.
8. Account Registration and Security
You may register for an account on our Site, or proceed as a guest during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

You agree not to use the Site or our Products for:
